Daniel Feehan has extensive experience representing multi-employer trust funds in delinquency actions as well as litigation involving interpretation of collective bargaining agreements. He has represented multi-billion dollar benefit funds in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the region as well as actions against sureties to collect payment of construction bonds. Prior to joining Holroyd Gelman, P.C., Dan was an associate at a well-known union labor law firm in New Jersey and has practiced workers compensation in Pennsylvania as well as personal injury and disability benefits law. Dan is known to be a skillful litigator who is keen at building relationships to ensure his clients achieve the best possible results. In his free time, Dan enjoys his family, exploring the great outdoors, and serving his community.

Stephen J. Holroyd is a founder of Holroyd Gelman, P.C., and he spent many years prior to that with the firm of Jennings Sigmond.
Steve received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University-Camden College of Arts and Sciences in 1987. Thereafter, he received his juris doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 1990.
Long involved in the labor movement, Steve served as a shop steward and executive board member with Local 106 of the International Union of Electric, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers, AFL-CIO, from 1985 through 1990. After graduating from law school, he worked for the National Labor Relations Board’s Newark, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Regional Offices from 1990 through 1997. During his tenure with the Board, he served as President and Secretary of Local 22 of the National Labor Relations Board Union from 1991 through 1994. Steve was President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association in 2010-11, and served as LERA’s Treasurer from 2006-09.
Steve is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and is also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the District Court for the District of New Jersey, the District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. In September 2007 he was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers In America, the definitive guide to legal excellence in the United States, and has appeared in every subsequent edition. In 2016, Steve was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer—an honor he has retained in every subsequent edition—and in November 2018 he was inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Marc Gelman represents labor unions in every phase of labor relations, with an eye toward providing legal services necessary to successfully navigate the challenges that labor organizations encounter in the modern workplace.
Marc provides counsel in all aspects of the labor relationship, especially grievance and interest arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations. He represents unions and their members at all levels of state and federal litigation and advocates on their behalf before numerous boards, agencies and commissions, including the National and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Boards, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and State Human Relations Commissions. Marc approaches his representation with the goal of maintaining positive and productive working relationships between employers and unions.
Prior to forming Holroyd Gelman, P.C., Marc was an associate and partner at Jennings Sigmond, P.C. for over two decades.

Kent G. Cprek has over 35 years of specialized ERISA and tax experience. His practice concentrates on the representation of Taft‑Hartley fringe benefit funds in ERISA, tax, and bankruptcy counseling and litigation.
Kent has worked almost exclusively on ERISA Plan issues for virtually all of his career.. He has litigated many published cases on withdrawal liability, bankruptcy and ERISA issues, including significant appellate work, and has extensive credits for writing and teaching.
While in law school at the University of Michigan, Kent was a law clerk in the Legal Department of the United Auto Workers working on ERISA litigation, trade adjustment assistance and labor law reform. He did labor and ERISA litigation in Detroit, Michigan and then worked at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation on pioneering pension plan termination cases until joining Jennings Sigmond.
Kent is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. He also has been selected as a Super Lawyer in Employee Benefits in Pennsylvania for a number of years.
Outside of the office, Kent enjoys spending time with his family and any time near water, as well as overseeing a diversified college sports portfolio.
